AstroEast | Projects
AstroEast is a holding/operating company, and many services are delivered through AstroEast Projects (e.g., Zadwork.com). If you purchased a product/service from a specific Project, the Project's refund policy applies.
Refund eligibility (when AstroEast is the seller)
If AstroEast directly sells a service, subscription, or digital product: Refunds may be granted if the service was not provided, materially defective, or incorrectly charged. For digital services already delivered or substantially performed, refunds may be limited or unavailable to the extent permitted by law.
